If you purchased a product through our website (www.fieldnfrost.com), received it in perfect condition, but still wish to cancel, you may request cancellation by contacting us at support@fieldnfrost.com.
According to the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), customers who buy online have 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date to request cancellation.
The right of withdrawal is a reflection period, protecting customers from aggressive sales practices or from purchasing without direct contact with the product.
It does not apply to products that have been tested or used.
The product must be returned via mail (shipping costs covered by the customer) to the address listed on your invoice.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all manuals.
Proof of purchase must be enclosed.
The product must show no signs of use.
Products returned outside these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Credit card payments: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles.
Refunds are processed only after the product has been received and inspected at our Distribution Center.
Note: You must notify our Customer Service before returning any product. A written cancellation letter must be included in the package. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges for products due to incorrect size, color, or model selection.

According to the Consumer Defense Code – Article 18, retailers are legally required to offer exchanges only for defective products, not for reasons of customer preference.
All products sold at www.fieldnfrost.com include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Return the product via mail to the address on your purchase label.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be included.
A written statement describing the defect, how the product was used, and usage frequency must be provided.
Products returned outside these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Evaluation is carried out by our suppliers.
Average processing time: 15 business days after receipt.
If the defect is confirmed:
A replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
If the same model is not available, the customer may choose another product from our website, up to the credit amount.
If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
If no defect is found:
The product will be returned to the customer with a report explaining the refusal. No replacement or refund will be granted.
Reasons for refusal include:
No defect found.
Improper or abusive use.
Accidental damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Improper washing or care.
An order may be automatically canceled in the following cases:
Payment could not be processed.
Incorrect or inconsistent order information.
Item is out of stock.
Refunds will be issued in the following situations:
If delivery is not possible due to an invalid or inaccessible shipping address. In such cases, the product will return to our Distribution Center, and a refund for the product value (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.
If the purchased product is out of stock due to simultaneous sales, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method. Customers will be notified.
