Refund Policy – Field'n Frost

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you have purchased a product from our online store and need to request a refund, exchange, or return, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Dissatisfaction with the Product
Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

2. Defective Product
If the product presents a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery. For issues such as damaged glass, scratched surfaces, or missing parts, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide images of the package received. After this period, the problem will be considered the result of misuse.

The first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service team, who will provide instructions for the procedure.

Conditions for Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • If the product has adjustments (e.g., watches with removable links), it must not have been altered.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging, including the shipping package with the intact label.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will invalidate the refund or exchange.

Once we receive the package, an analysis will be carried out to confirm whether the return conditions have been met. If approved, the customer may choose between:

  • An exchange for another product available in our inventory.
  • A refund of the product value. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item received was correct and in perfect condition.

Warranty
All Field'n Frost products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, customers must send us a video (up to 1 minute) demonstrating the issue. The video must include the product packaging (with the visible shipping label).

If photos are provided instead, the defect must be clearly visible and the packaging must also appear in the image.

Note: Field'n Frost does not provide technical assistance or authorized service centers. Our team will offer the best possible support within the scope of this refund policy.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover aesthetic damage occurring after delivery, such as broken or cracked screens. It also does not cover:

  • Damage caused by liquids (e.g., water immersion, spilled fluids).
  • Defects caused by repair attempts or modifications made by the customer or third parties.
  • Improper use of accessories.
  • Damage resulting from natural wear and tear (e.g., scratches, oxidation).
  • Acceptable reduction in battery life over time.
  • Customer-performed tests for resistance (e.g., impact tests, water resistance tests).
